Synthetic THC to treat Cannabis Use Disorder???

huh

According to ClinicalTrials.gov Nabilone is being used in “clinical trials” as a cure for “cannabis use disorder”. (RUFKM)?

Nabilone, (a.k.a. Cesamet owned by Valeant Pharma)  is a synthetic or lab made form of the cannabinoid THC (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol), the active ingredient in cannabis. Coincidentally, this lab based form resembles the street based synthetic THC known as “spice”or “K2” and is being sold as an incense. K2 or Spice is NOT a natural form of anything, least of all, cannabis. Anything made in a lab, such as spice/k2 is dangerous.

The scientist credited with manufacturing synthetic THC in a lab is – John W Hoffman, PhD,  a retired Clemson University chemist whose initials, JWH, is linked with the synthetic cannabinoid JWH-018, a.k.a. Spice.

It should be noted that in 2007, Valeant Pharma acquired the commercial rights to nabilone in the United Kingdom and other EU markets at a cost of $14 million. http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20070215005880/en/Valeant-Pharmaceuticals-Acquires-Rights-Nabilone-United-Kingdom

“The DSM – (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) is said to be the standard classification of mental disorders used for clinical, research, policy, and reimbursement purposes in the United States and elsewhere. It therefore has widespread importance and influence on how disorders are diagnosed, treated, and investigated. Since its first publication in 1952, DSM has been reviewed and revised four times; the criteria in the last version, DSM-IV-TR, were first published in 1994. Since then, knowledge about psychiatric disorders, including substance use disorders, has advanced greatly. To take the advances into account, a new version, DSM-5, was published in 2013.”  http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3767415/

Has CBC been misinterpreted as CBD as a result of Gas Chromatography?

cbc

With all the hype about the cannabinoid – CBD or Cannabidiol, would it come as a surprise to learn that those in control, have made a very important error?

In the US, the federal government has historically emphasized and funded only research on the potential harm associated with “marijuana” use. In fact, from 2008-2014, the National Institute of Health (NIH) spent an estimated $1.1 BILLION on marijuana research that emphasized abuse and addiction. Yet, the US government has routinely and consistently filed patent applications on every health benefit that cannabis possesses.

The US government (DEA, NIH, etc) determined that gas chromatography was a useful and  objective method for separating cannabinoids in a sample to determine its potency. In addition, since their scientists determined that the only other important cannabinoid worth studying was CBD or cannabidiol, they have misled the virgin cannabis patients with their faulty information.

New information obtained from reliable sources show that using gas chromatography can incorrectly show CBC as CBD (cannabichromene as cannabidiol)!!!

Hemp Seeds are the most nutritious seed and food source on the planet. They have the most concentrated balance of proteins (amino acids), essential fatty acids, vitamins, enzymes and everything our body needs for homeostasis.

Hemp seeds contain a complete source of all 20 amino acids including the nine essential amino acids which our bodies are unable to produce on their own. Approximately 2/3 of the protein found in hemp seed is comprised of the globulin protein called Edestin, which is only found in hemp. Edestin facilitates digestion and is considered the backbone of our cell’s DNA. Hemp seed is also comprised of approximately 1/3 Albumin protein.
